Neil embarked on his real estate career in 2019 by acquiring residential rental properties and quickly expanded into commercial real estate investments by 2021. In 2023, he completed his first commercial development project, successfully managing rezoning, site evaluations, and working closely with local municipalities and government authorities.
Although newer to commercial real estate sales, Neil brings extensive personal experience and proven results. Since 2019, he has acquired over 50 residential and commercial properties and sold more than 30, strategically reinvesting into larger, higher-performing assets. This hands-on approach gives him valuable insight into what buyers, sellers, and investors seek in today’s Appleton and Fox Valley real estate market.
Neil also leverages his strong background in structuring creative financing strategies and collaborating with appraisers to deliver optimal valuations and outcomes for his clients. His expertise is especially beneficial for business owners, investors, and developers looking to maximize returns while minimizing risk.
Before joining Drifka Group, Neil built a successful career as a Mechanical Engineer. He worked at Gulfstream Aerospace from 2014 to 2025 and Pierce Manufacturing from 2009 to 2014, bringing analytical precision and problem-solving skills to his real estate practice.
