Neil leverages his hands-on experience as an investor and developer to help clients make informed, strategic decisions. He takes a practical, results-driven approach to every transaction -identifying opportunities, structuring creative solutions, and positioning properties to maximize value and drive successful outcomes.

Prior to real estate, Neil spent over a decade as a Mechanical Engineer, bringing a strong analytical and problem-solving mindset that benefits his clients in every deal.
