Jim Bunjovac brings over 17 years of commercial real estate experience to his role as Owner and Broker of Drifka Group, a trusted firm serving Appleton and the greater Fox Valley. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Jim not only represents clients but also owns and manages multiple investment properties throughout Wisconsin-providing a real-world, investor-minded perspective that benefits every transaction.

Before entering commercial real estate, Jim served for 10 years as a patrol officer with the Grand Chute Police Department. That background instilled a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and accountability-qualities that now define his approach to business and client relationships.

Jim specializes in helping business owners, investors, and developers buy, sell, and lease commercial real estate across office, retail, industrial, and development sectors. In addition to brokerage, he is actively involved in commercial real estate development, with experience in acquisitions, rezoning, and site planning. His ability to understand both market strategy and real-world execution gives clients a distinct competitive advantage.

A proud Green Bay native, Jim is married to his high school sweetheart, Tamara, and together they have two sons. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his Great Dane Daisy, and being outdoors-whether it’s boating, fishing, or ice fishing on Wisconsin’s lakes.
