Meet Jim Bunjovac - Owner & Commercial Real Estate Broker at Drifka Group

Jim has always had a passion for real estate and currently owns multiple investment properties across Wisconsin. With over 11 years of experience as a commercial real estate agent, Jim went on to purchase Drifka Group, a trusted commercial real estate brokerage based in Appleton, WI.  Before entering the industry, Jim proudly served as a patrol officer with the Grand Chute Police Department for 10 years, bringing discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of community to his real estate career.

In addition to brokerage, Jim actively pursues opportunities in commercial real estate development, embracing challenges such as property acquisitions, rezoning, and site planning. His unique background gives clients the advantage of working with a broker who understands both market strategy and community impact.

Jim’s guiding principle comes from his grandparents: “If you don’t do wrong, you don’t have to look over your shoulder.  Always do the right thing and be honest - even if it is not the greatest news.” That commitment to honesty and transparency shapes every client relationship.

A proud Green Bay, WI native, Jim is married to his high school sweetheart, Tamara, and together they have two sons.  Outside the office, Jim enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his Great Dane, Daisy, and getting outdoors whenever possible - whether it’s fishing on the shore, boating on Wisconsin’s lakes, or ice fishing in the winter.
